1. What's your name? (For privacy freaks - I'm only asking about your first name, which is something your friends are supposed to know, and in no way threatens your privacy, thank you very much).

2. What's your dream job?
Currently to be a comic artist and/or writer but it changes quite often. To be honest I'd be satisfied with any job that I somewhat enjoy doing that doesn't cause too much stress (a little is fine though). Just something that lets me afford a place to live, some other essentials like eating and internet and then maybe a tiny bit left over for extra whatever.

3. What's your favourite story? If you can't answer, then what's your favourite genre?
In the words of Kurt Vonnegut, the story of the man who falls into a hole. I love that story! ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=oP3c1h… ) As for genre I guess I like most things but most romances bore me to death and back. I'd probably go for fantasy if asked at gunpoint but most of my favorite stories tend to be the ones that mix a lot of different genres together.

4. Briefly describe a scenery on your favourite planet from the Solar system, the way you imagine it. Earth doesn't count.
The Sun. It is shiney. In fact, that's probably all you can see, due to the sheer amount of shiney. Enjoy the shiney.

5. You are given a remote control. Pushing the button transfers €1,000,000 in your bank account. And kills a random person from all the people in the world. How many times would you push it?

6. You are offered to sleep with a stranger for a price. How much would you demand?

Buuuu..... D8 Computer? Curtain? Window, basket, pen, letter, note, cup, cat, socks. All things on my desk xP

8. What's Hell like?
It doesn't exist. In a Christian context, it is a misunderstanding spawned by the desire for divine retribution and encouraged by those who wish to place fear into the religious. There is no direct mention of a 'hell' in the bible.

9. Name a skill you've always wanted to possess but you don't.
Many. Sometimes I'm not sure if I've got any at all O.o so.... all of them?

10. Write the sentence "Three white dogs are happily running in the forest" in all languages you know. If you don't know a certain word, omit or substitute it. And no cheating. D:

And since I assume English doesn't count that's it really. Icelandic and English are the only languages I use regularly and so trying to type it in another one would require some serious revision and dictionary research on my part.

So... new years. Woot for new years.

Two of good things so far.

I discovered the musical Cats which is actually pretty good despite 'Memory's overworn presence.

Things might be looking up in my art stuffs since I now have a friend with _actual training_ (woot to her) who's willing to help nudge me in the right direction. Expect some nice updates towards the end of the year.

So hopefully 2010 will be a year of improvement.

I'm also keeping up my efforts to loose weight and had temporary success (about 15kilos worth of it) last year although its almost all back.

So uhnf! It shall be a year filled with exercise, dieting and lots of drawing.

... yes, despite the fact that I have always gone "bah! humblog!" at the things I now have not one, but two of them.

For a long time I've written down in a notebook what I think of each book I read, in the hopes it will help me read more actively and contribute to my writing skills. At some point someone asked me if I publish it somewhere online, which surprised me. However it didn't sound like a bad idea so lo and behold, t'was the birth of Good Readers, Good Writers.. And then of course I'd caught the blogbug and made another one for more personal blabla and other stuff which I call my Chatter page. So... yeah... if you care for that kind of stuff, feel free to have a look.

Just wanted to quickly bump off the old journal, especially since that forum is down I think. I never last very long on forum type enviroments. Its just not my type of thing I guess....

Well... off you go, do something more useful!
